Rise n Shine Windows is looking for a dependable, motivated Window Cleaning Technician to join our growing team. This position involves cleaning residential and commercial windows using both traditional methods and water-fed pole systems while providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
* Clean interior and exterior windows to company standards.
* Clean window frames, tracks, and sills.
* Use water-fed pole systems, ladders, and traditional window cleaning tools safely.
* Perform soft washing and pressure washing when scheduled.
* Arrive on time and maintain a professional appearance.
* Communicate respectfully with customers.
* Inspect completed work to ensure top-quality results.
* Follow all company safety procedures.
* Assist with loading, unloading, and maintaining equipment.
Sales rep
Knock provided routes to earn sales for the company
Learn the skill of door to door sales to earn commission on sales
Qualifications
* Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
* Comfortable working on ladders and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
* Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
* Attention to detail.
* No experience required—we provide paid training.
