Dara Bistro is looking to hire a Daytime Cook for Friday through Monday 6am-3pm. The ideal candidate would have experience in a professional kitchen environment, with some baking, line, and prep experience. This position is a part prep part line position, on Fridays and Mondays you will be offering assistance on the line as needed, but also doing prep projects for both the morning and evening needs. Saturdays and Sundays you will be the line cook. It's a one person line, which gets assistance from the prep person as needed.
Dara Bistro is a two part restaurant, the first being the towns coffeeshop in the morning, 7 days a week 7am-12pm. We make most of our baked goods in house(other than the English muffins) and offer Breakfast sandwiches, Bagels, Baked Goods, and Coffee. In The Evening we offer Dinner 4 nights a week in a casual fine dining style. This offers a nice mix of easy fast prep and more intricate tasks.
