Champions Fitness Club is seeking a motivated and experienced full-time Club Manager to oversee daily operations, lead staff, deliver an exceptional member experience, and drive membership growth and business success.
Responsibilities
Oversee the hiring, training, scheduling, and supervision of employees.
Lead and support the management team.
Manage and optimize vendor relationships.
Develop and implement strategies to increase membership and revenue.
Manage marketing efforts, social media, and promotional events.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve member concerns.
Oversee facility operations, maintenance, cleanliness, and safety.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Analyze operational data and identify opportunities for improvement.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Previous management or leadership experience preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Basic computer proficiency; experience with Microsoft Office preferred.
Familiarity with or willingness to learn TwinOaks software, Airtable, and QuickBooks.
Benefits
Salary: $50,000–$65,000 annually, based on experience
