The Department of Administrative and Financial Services (DAFS) Office of Information Technology (OIT) provides information technology support to over 13,000 employees. OIT oversees large scale enterprise applications that support the critical and diverse business needs of the State of Maine and its agencies. Maintain documentation for governance reviews (architecture diagrams, data classification ratings, CIA analysis, requirements documentation, system/integration design specs)

Platform and Policy Compliance
Ensure solutionscomply withState of Maine policies (Data Classification, Application Deployment Certification, Configuration Management, Architecture Compliance, Information Security, SDLC, Digital Accessibility, Security Assessment Authorization)
Coordinate with Security, EnterpriseArchitecture, and Infrastructure teams for risk assessments, compliance reviews, and audits
ProposalAssessments and Solution Identification
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Participate in reviews and walk-throughs of requirements, designs, specifications, coding, test plans, and documentation
Lead development teams in building policy-compliant, sustainable, extensible, and maintainable solutions
Strong teamwork, communication, customer service, problem-solving, and mentoring skills
Experience with .NET, C#, C++, ETL,data pipelines,OCI Data Integration, Oracle SOA Suite, or Oracle Integration Cloud is a plus but not required
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Four (4) years of computer programming experience utilizing higher level languages including two (2) years at the Programmer Analyst level or equivalent -OR- a Bachelors Degree in Computer Sciences including two (2) years at the Programmer Analyst level or equivalent. A Masters Degree in Computer Science may be substituted for one (1) year of programming experience.
