Lead Carpenter
O's Maine is a growing remodeling company seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter to join our team. We specialize in residential renovations including bathrooms, kitchens, decks, finished spaces, windows, doors, siding, and general remodeling projects throughout Southern Maine.
Pay
- $37–$40 per hour, based on experience
- Performance bonus opportunities
Responsibilities
- Lead remodeling projects from start to finish
- Perform hands-on carpentry work
- Supervise and support crew members
- Coordinate materials, subcontractors, and project schedules
- Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and customer service standards
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- 5+ years of residential carpentry or remodeling experience
- Leadership experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of remodeling, construction practices, and job-site safety
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
