What You'll Do:
Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, and clients at the front desk of a financial institution location while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
Greet visitors, verify identification and authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor logs in accordance with site requirements.Monitor access to the facility and direct guests, deliveries, and contractors to appropriate areas while helping to deter unauthorized entry.Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.Monitor front desk communications, receive calls and inquiries, and promptly report security-related concerns or unusual activity to appropriate personnel. Minimum Requirements:
- A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Access control/badge experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
