Qualifications:
Administrative experience required
Bookkeeping experience preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required
Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail required
Proficiency in MS Office and computerized accounting programs required
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the sales team
Maintain and balance subsidiary accounts
Post transactions and reconcile entries
Review, approve, and process invoices
Generate financial reports
Monitor business assets
Collaborate with accountants on tax preparations
