Essential Job Functions
Responsible for repair and service on commercial floor care equipment in the shop and at customer locations
Satisfying customer repair needs in a timely and complete fashion
Consistently present a professional image
Job Requirements
Troubleshooting and repair skills with small equipment ranging from vacuums to floor scrubbers
Ability to safely use hand and power tools, equipment, and diagnostic devices
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Experience working in direct contact with customers on service-related activities preferred
Must display a positive attitude and desire to satisfy customer requirements
Highs School diploma or equivalent
Must have a valid driver's license
