Integrity Comfort Heating and Cooling is a small business in South Berwick, ME. We currently have approximately 5000 customers in a 15 mile radius. We are family owned and operated, established in 2015 and take pride in our stellar reputation. We believe that our employees should be treated equally and respectfully. We are laid back, fun and we are looking for friendly, outgoing techs to join our team. We do not require on call rotation.
Duties:
- Perform equipment repairs and maintenance on HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, mini splits, and boilers.
- Conduct inspections and diagnose issues with HVAC equipment to determine necessary repairs.
- Install mini splits, furnaces, boilers, and water heaters.
- Install and replace HVAC components, such as compressors, motors, fans, and thermostats.
- Test HVAC systems to ensure proper functionality and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of all repairs, inspections, and maintenance performed.
- Provide field service support to clients and respond to service calls in a timely manner.
- Drive a company van to travel to job sites and transport necessary tools and equipment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing various types of HVAC equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
