Running Brook Home Solutions is hiring a Property Consultant.
Our top rep averaged $10K+ a month in commissions. Reps can earn $30K+ a quarter.
This is a closing seat. Sellers who asked us to call come to you, so there's no cold calling and no prospecting. You call new leads within minutes, run appointments, present offers, and get contracts signed. Our team handles everything after the signature.
100% commission, uncapped. No base pay.
Remote, Maine preferred. Full-time, Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM ET.
Daily standard: 50 dials, 10 conversations, 4 written offers; 3 contracts a week.
No real estate license required.
30-day structured ramp, weekly scored call reviews, 1:1s twice a week.
You need:
Proven results in a commission job (auto, solar, roofing, windows, mortgage, real estate, or similar)
To be comfortable on the phone four hours straight and asking for the contract
Coachability and organization
The financial ability to work 30 to 60 days while your pipeline fills
Bonuses are regular when achieving target metrics.
