We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Behavioral Health Professionals (BHPs) to provide one-on-one ABA services to children in their homes, schools, and communities throughout Maine.
As a BHP, you'll work directly with children and families while receiving ongoing support and guidance from experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Whether you are an experienced BHP or looking to build a career in behavioral health, this is an opportunity to develop your skills while making a meaningful impact.

What You'll Do
-
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings
-
Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
-
Collect and document data related to client progress
-
Help children develop communication, social, and daily living skills
-
Build positive, supportive relationships with children and their families
-
Collaborate with BCBAs and other members of the clinical team
-
Support each child's individual goals and progress
What We're Looking For
-
Current BHP certification required — we can help you obtain certification if needed!

High school diploma or equivalent
-
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-
Experience working with children preferred, but not required
-
Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is a plus
-
A compassionate, patient, and dependable approach

A genuine interest in helping children and families succeed
Flexible Schedule Options
Full-Time: 35–40 hours per week
Part-Time: 10–20 hours per week
Flexible shift options available
Services are provided in person throughout Maine.
