Buckdancer’s Choice is seeking candidates for
a full-time sales/general help year round position and is needed immediately.

Us:
We are Maine’s oldest and biggest independent music store, specializing in guitars and other stringed instruments, amplification, effects, digital pianos, analog synths, various PA and recording gear and accessories.
You:
-- This is a sales associate, and general help position.
-- Duties include: working the register, answering the phone, helping receive deliveries, Clean, stocking, helping find who can answer customer questions.
—Other duties as assigned.
—Basic product knowledge will be expected, specific product knowledge will be taught/trained.
Applicant Must-Haves:
—Must be able to play guitar well enough to demonstrate, other instruments a plus.
-- Ability to work Mon-Tues-Wed 10AM-6PM, Saturday 10AM-5PM, Sun Noon-5PM
-- Good hospitality, positive attitude, customer service, and interpersonal communication skills.
-- Must be available most pre-holidays
-- Prior experience in a retail environment helpful, preferably in a similar field.
-- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and operating a cash register
Full Time, 36 hours (with one Saturday off every 4 weeks, 29 hours that week)
