YOUR ROLE
The Regional Account Manager - NORTHEAST is responsible for driving growth through sales revenue and brand awareness at wholesale accounts in a given region. You will serve as the primary representative for Stio's growing wholesale program within your territory. Relying on strong cross-functional connections internally and building product business relationships externally, you will balance achieving goals and objectives for the brand while providing exceptional customer service to your accounts. While this role is part of the B2B Sales team, where you will be a key contributor, a comfort working in a highly independent, fast paced environment is needed.
This role is 100% remote, for candidates residing in the Northeastern United States, including states such as Maine, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Connecticut, Vermont, New York, Massachusetts, or Pennsylvania
Your Responsibilities
- Guide accounts through all aspects of the seasonal sales campaigns
- Attend regional trade shows for presentation of seasonal products
- Forecast and track your business at an account, style, color level
- Navigate all aspects of the wholesale relationship with frequent connection
- Manage through order fulfillment, returns, credits, promotions and closeouts
- Provide seasonal feedback from the field to cross functional teams internally
- Drive revenue through assortment expansion, marketshare acceleration, door count growth
- Open new accounts that align with brand guidelines and 3-5 year distribution strategy
- Educate staff, consumers on Stio products and Brand at the wholesale accounts
- Participate in events meant to drive brand awareness
Your Skills And Experience
- 3+ years of Wholesale Account Management
- Exceptional communication skills
- Excellent organization, attention to detail and time management
- Solid presentation skills
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the year
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Slack
- Familiar with CRM and B2B software, Elastic a plus
- Quick to embrace and learn new systems and processes

We provide competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives and benefits. The base salary range for this role is $55,000-$75,000. It would not be typical for someone to be hired at the top end of the range for the role, as actual pay will be determined based on several factors including experience, skills and qualifications.
