Our Leeds shop specializes in DEME's large fabrication projects including, but not limited to: Vat Systems, Filter Presses, and Stack Damper Kits
Qualifications:
-Ability to take a set of drawings from a Project Manager and layout the entire project, move/prep the supplied materials, set up fabrication equipment, fabricate and weld on various carbon, stainless or aluminum materials, and assemble final structure. Most of our projects are based on customer drawings: we are not a production shop.
-Experience with plate shears, brakes, rolls, overhead cranes, and welding on heavy steel fabrications is a must. Forklift experience is helpful, and sandblasting/painting experience is helpful. Experience with flux cored wire is strongly desired.
-Must be within commute distance of Leeds, Maine. We are not willing to pay for relocation at this time.
