Our hotel is looking for a friendly and professional front desk agent who can provide excellent customer service to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be a quick learner, and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Front Desk General Responsibilities:
Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries or requests
Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
Process payments and handle cash, credit, and debit card
Manage the operations of the front desk including check in and check out
Assist guests with reservations
Manage guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Complete daily reports and balance cash drawers
Follow all hotel procedures and policies

Requirements:
Front Desk Job Requirements Include:
- Proven experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Must be reliable and able to work weekends and holidays
