Night Auditor
As the first point of contact, the night auditor manages all aspects of a guest’s stay, including reservations, check-in, and providing information about rooms, rates, and amenities. Additionally, they balance out the day's reports, address any overnight shift issues, and work with our general manager to rectify any reporting discrepancies.
