As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and delivering outstanding patient care.
Overview:
As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be responsible for managing the reception area, greeting patients, answering phone calls, scheduling, and providing administrative support. Your professionalism and friendly demeanor will set the tone for a positive experience for all who enter our premises.

Duties:
- Greet and assist patients in person or over the phone with professionalism and courtesy.
-Optimizes patients’ satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization by scheduling appointments in person or by telephone.
- Handle patient check-ins, paperwork, insurance verification, patient check-outs. etc.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Obtains revenue by recording and updating financial information; records and collects patient charges; controls credit extended to patients; files, collects, and expedites third-party claims.
- Coordinate with Chiropractors and office manager to ensure seamless patient care.
- Assist in clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
- Support marketing events and promotional initiatives as needed.
Skills:
- Proficient in clerical duties with reception roles.
- Computer literacy including knowledge of Microsoft, excel, etc.
- Familiarity with phone systems and excellent phone etiquette.
- Ability to work effectively in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage front desk operations smoothly.

Requirements/Preferred:
- Knowledge of Chiropractic would be advantageous
- Maintains patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Welcoming and outgoing demeanor
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with a diverse clientele
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role is preferred.
