Salmon Falls Animal Hospital is looking for a Full Time or Part Time professional, service-oriented, with some animal technician abilities to join our team. The ideal candidates for this position should be detail-oriented and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. Successful applicants will be able to take customer complaints, answer questions and resolve issues effectively while maintaining a positive attitude and a professional demeanor. We are looking for individuals who can work well both independently as well as within a team.
Responsibilities:
- Answer mulitple phone lines and emails to identify and resolve problems.
- Provide information to customers regarding product availability, or any other information necessary.
- Answer customer questions.
- Communicate with employees.
- Maintain good working relationships with customers and employees.
- Listen to customer's requests and respond in a timely manner.
- Solve difficult problems.
- Follow up with customers after sales transactions.
- Computer knowledge
- Avimark knowledge a plus but not required
- Animal technician knowledge
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
