**Responsibilities:**
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the nursing home facility
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards
- Oversee staff hiring, training, and scheduling
- Develop and manage budgets to ensure financial stability
- Coordinate resident care plans and ensure proper medication administration
- Implement programs for dementia care and social work support
- Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for residents and staff
**Skills:**
- Experience in nursing home management and health care
- Strong financial acumen for budgeting and financial management
- Proficiency in operations management within a healthcare setting
- Knowledge of State & Federal Regulations
- Ability to assist in the development of facility protocols
