Qualified candidates should have strong accounts payable background with general office and receptionist experience. Computer skills should include extensive knowledge and proficiency with accounting software, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc. Duties will include data entry, filing, telephone and common receptionist tasks. This is a team position that will involve cross training for multiple duties. Being detail oriented, communicating positively and having the ability to independently problem solve will help the candidate be successful in this role.
