General Job Summary
Under the general supervision of the Inside Sales Manager, the Inside Sales Associate will aid in the daily sales needs of the Territory Managers and their accounts. This role will also provide general customer service support.
Essential Job Functions
· Provide pre-sale and post-sale service support to customers
· Aid Territory Sales Managers in day-to-day sales needs including, but limited to; quotes, customer service, CAD drawings, and trouble shooting issues
· Conduct dealer education and development over the phone and via email
· Create quotes for Mathews Brothers products using quoting tool and process quotes into production orders
· Review client quotes and orders for possible errors
· Resolve and communicate solutions to special requests and obstacles for clients once solutions have been approved

Skills/Experience/Training Preferred
· Associate’s degree in Business or related field
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role
· Experience in the window and door or building product industry
· Demonstrated CAD skills
· Excellent customer service and phone skills
· Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong attention to detail
Working Conditions
A normal office environment, not subject to extremes in temperature, noise, odors, etc. Occasionally the employee is exposed to moving mechanical parts and vehicles. The noise level in the work environment can be loud. The employee regularly uses computer keyboard, requiring hand-eye coordination and finger dexterity. Some travel required between facility locations and/or commercial or photo shoots.
