APPRENTICE CARPENTER

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Take direction from the lead carpenter and carpenters.
• Learn the trade and increase your carpentry skills as you work on the projects assigned to you.
• Assist carpenters with any project need.
• Clean up the job and put away supplies at the end of the day.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Ability to take direction.
• Willingness to learn. Observe the process and look for ways to help the crew while learning the trade.
• Stay one step ahead of the carpenters as you look for ways to make their jobs more efficient.
• Be able to lift 100 pounds.
• Attention to detail, cleanliness, and quality craftsmanship.
• Strong work ethic.
COMPENSATION: The pay range is $18 - $24 depending on experience and leadership capabilities.
