Job Description
- Administer trusted guidance to our customers about the product, guaranteeing that everyone is paired with the best solution for their lifestyle and needs by following Rack Attack Best Practice;
- Complete and track estimate follow-ups for assigned stores;
- Answer and complete forwarded phone calls, resolving customer inquiries and/or concerns;
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way;
- Deliver outstanding 360 degree service, ensuring a top-tier Rack Attack experience;
- Maintain accurate store records, including invoices, sales receipts, purchase orders, appointment bookings, special requests, hold tags, phone messages, inventory transfers, cash outs and more.
- Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful customer discussions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure any issues are fully resolved;
- Gather customer feedback and share with relevant stakeholders;
- Foster a positive and inclusive working environment by being a supportive team player; and
- Perform other related, or in-store, duties, as required.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Problem Solving skills with a customer focused attitude
Supplemental Pay: Commission and Incentives
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
