What You’ll Do as a Flagger:
- Be trained as a traffic control expert by MDOT-certified trainers
- Notify drivers of the need to reduce speed or stop when driving through construction zones
- Maintain safe construction zones for both construction crew and civilians
- Coordinate with other flaggers to maintain a safe flow of traffic
- Gain valuable construction site experience!

Qualifications:
- Must be 18+
- Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and cell phone
- Your own reliable source of transportation is a requirement of this role
- Flagging experience is a bonus
