Role Overview:
As a Cleaning Crew Member, you’ll be an essential part of our team, responsible for cleaning residential homes, office spaces, and Airbnb properties. You’ll be expected to perform a variety of cleaning tasks, from routine housekeeping to detailed post-guest turnovers, all while ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and make a difference in the cleanliness and upkeep of our clients’ spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Residential Cleaning: Perform general cleaning duties in residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing kitchens and bathrooms.
- Office Cleaning: Clean office spaces, including workstations, meeting rooms, restrooms, and common areas, maintaining a tidy and professional environment.
- Airbnb Turnovers: Clean and prepare Airbnb properties between guest stays, ensuring the property is pristine and ready for the next guest, including changing linens, restocking essentials, and tidying up the space.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure all areas are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, with special attention to high-touch surfaces.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all cleaning equipment and supplies are well-maintained, stocked, and used properly.
- Client Satisfaction: Follow client instructions and preferences, ensuring a high level of satisfaction with every service.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Requirements:
- Prior cleaning experience is preferred but not required (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Good physical condition – ability to lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to follow safety and cleaning protocols
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
