Description MaineHealth Vascular Surgery is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide care for
Vascular patients in the outpatient setting. Schedule: Full-time - Day Shift Only -No Call Responsibilities You will be joining a multidisciplinary team of specialists from Vascular Surgery, Cardiac Surgery, Cardiology, and Genetics. The position provides medical care and practicing medicine with physician supervision, including conducting examinations and writing prescriptions through office-based evaluation and treatment of our patients.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Successful completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
- Three years of surgical field experience preferred.
- Current license issued by the State of Maine or eligible for licensure. Certification of Physician Assistants ( NCCPA ) required for PA's.
- Current BLS certification.
