We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide support to our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills and a customer-focused attitude, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This role requires excellent communication abilities and proficiency in various office software, particularly Google Suite.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records for various projects.
- Assist in transcribing documents and preparing reports as needed.
- Provide clerical support by organizing files, managing correspondence, and ensuring the office runs smoothly.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance productivity and streamline processes.
- Address customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist with personal errands as needed
Skills
- Proficient in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive) for document creation and management.
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and record keeping.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and team members professionally.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred but not required.

Pay: $3,500.00 per month
