Pine State Services, located in Westbrook, Maine is a growing residential and commercial full service and installation plumbing, heating, cooling and electrical contractor.

We are seeking an energetic and hardworking Journeyman or Master Electrician to support our Service Department.

Our ideal candidate will be a self-starter, organized, reliable, and most importantly have a positive and friendly personality. Service calls range from installing new bathroom fans, to lighting issues, and primarily residential only electrical problems. We have a small electrical department and our main focus is residential work until we can grow the department with your help. As a Service Electrician, you would be required to price up jobs using our flat-rate price book, presenting to customer, selling job and securing payment. All done very easily on company provided iPads.

Office staff is assigned to assist you with proposals, follow up visits, ordering materials, keeping your truck fully stocked and scheduling for you. We have a very strong support system for our technicians so they can do what they do best! We want you working doing electrical as much as possible and not have to hassle with supply houses, customer phone calls and scheduling.

Currently, we don't have an on-call schedule for the electricians in our company. Electrical emergencies are rare for the type of service we provide. When we do get one, we ask our team if anyone is interested in gaining overtime hours and we schedule accordingly.

Requirements:

- Active Driver's License

- Maine Journeyman Electrician License or higher

- Minimum 2 years field experience

- Ability to work full time

- Ability to work with minimal supervision

- Ability to work overtime if an emergency arises.

Compensation: Compensation is based on experience and skill set.
