Nappi Distributors' Receptionist is responsible for providing telephone and clerical support to the Office.

Responsibilities

Answer all incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner.
Interact with callers according to best practices to determine the purpose of the call and routing to the correct department/employee
Greet and register visitors, including customers, employees and guests
Enter customer phone orders into our computer system for processing
Provide daily mail distribution
Assist with the production of marketing materials for our customers
Manage supplies for office photocopiers and printers as well as ordering service visits as needed
Assist other office staff with administrative duties including data entry, word processing, etc.

Education/Experience/Skills

High School diploma or GED
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
General MS Office and Outlook knowledge
Ability to work between 8AM – 5PM, Monday-Friday

Cognitive, intellectual and mental ability to concentrate on details and/or perform more than one complex task at a time and to handle diverse pressures related to requests and needs of others. Cognitive and mental ability to work and communicate effectively with co-workers and all levels of personnel. Ability to work in an environment with a variety of natural and synthetic odors.
