Duties

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
Provide accurate information regarding services to assist customers effectively.
Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer issues or provide updates.
Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
Analyze customer feedback and issues to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Utilize computer systems efficiently to manage customer interactions and support requests.
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while interacting with customers, ensuring a positive experience.
Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues and enhance service delivery.

Experience

Previous experience in a call center or customer support environment is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are essential for this role.
Proficiency in data entry and computer skills is necessary for managing customer information effectively.
Ability to analyze situations quickly and provide appropriate solutions is highly valued.
