Coastal Traffic is a traffic signal equipment distributor located in York, Maine that works with contractors, municipalities, and state governments. We are seeking a full-time Inside Sales Representative to support our sales team and customers. Duties will include answering telephones, receiving orders via phone and e-mail responding to customer inquiries, providing price quotes as well as other general administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the sales team
Gain a working knowledge of the products we represent
Prepare quotes, enter and fulfill orders
Track project and order status
Collect, organize, and prepare bid documents
Prepare equipment submittals

Requirements:

Excel Proficiency - High comfort level with intermediate tasks
Adobe - High comfort level with intermediate tasks
Time Management - Self-motivated once clear expectations set
Written and Verbal Communication - Comfortable utilizing both phone and email
Problem-Solving - Ability to gather facts of a situation and make an informed decision
Candidates with a traffic signal or electrical supply background will be given preference
