Receptionist/Office Assistant

The Receptionist/Office Assistant is responsible for, but not limited to:

Duties and Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
Manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records.
Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members and customers.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
Handle customer inquiries with exceptional customer service skills, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in computer literacy, including familiarity with office software and phone systems. (Google Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.)
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
Attention to detail with strong proofreading abilities to ensure high-quality documentation.
Ability to perform clerical tasks such as data entry and filing accurately and efficiently.

Pay: $20/hour

Schedule:

Monday - Friday: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday off - TBD)

Saturdays from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm
