Key Responsibilities:

Communication With Clients: Handle emails and phone calls and messages to and from clients.
Procedure Documentation: Meet with team members to document processes and identify areas for improvement.
Marketing & Development Insight: Document marketing strategies and processes.
System Development for Land Development Opportunities: Make a plan to help agents identify land development opportunities.
Efficiency Analysis: Review office workflows, highlight inefficiencies, and propose improvements to enhance performance.
Event Management: Organize and oversee four annual client events from inception to follow-up, and ensure every detail of the plan is executed.
Leadership in Real Estate Systems: Master and train the team on the Command system, and lead the development of our concierge program for buyers and sellers.
Team Coordination: Supervise admin staff, hold team members accountable to what they committed to doing, and ensure tasks and projects are completed on time.
Lead Management: Monitor lead flow, see if leads are getting follow-up, and keep marketing plans on track to bring in more leads.

Qualifications:

Experience in the real estate industry is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Impeccable attention to detail.
Strong leadership skills with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
Experience in training and mentoring staff is preferred.
Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills.
Proficiency in Google Docs and Google Calendar and Gmail.
Willingness to explore technology that works for other real estate companies.
