You'll drive innovation, manage resources, and build community relationships to help individuals live meaningful lives.

Requirements

Passion for empowering individuals with disabilities.
Bachelor's degree in the human services field (preferred).
10+ years in management or program leadership, with a focus on community development.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Valid Maine driver’s license and dependable transportation.
