Job Overview:

We are a full service junk removal/recycling company seeking a skilled laborer to join our fast growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the trash removal business but not mandatory. This candidate will also possess strong leadership abilities.

Duties:

- Help coordinate jobs from start to finish.

- Loading and unloading trailers at shop and job sites.

- Hauling junk/debris.

- Monitor progress and quality of work on-site.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations

- Collaborate with other team members.

- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues.

- Applicants must be willing and able to work outdoors in all elements.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a leader

- Ability to tolerate physical effort including the handling of objects up to 100 lbs

- Strong communication and leadership skills
