Brann & Isaacson is seeking an experienced Receptionist to join its team for front-desk receptionist responsibilities, library organization and record maintenance, and administrative/clerical support.

Primary responsibilities include: Receptionist – greet clients, guests, employees, and vendors in a professional manner, accurately route calls; accept deliveries and route to appropriate party; sort and scan mail, maintain phone system, train new employees on using the phone system, and maintain reception and conference rooms. At least one year of front desk receptionist experience in a professional office environment is required.

Librarian – maintain the firm’s electronic library and reference books; accurately process renewals of library materials and office subscriptions obtaining required approvals; review invoices for accuracy, and create/maintain Excel spreadsheet for library resources. Proficiency in Excel including basic formulas and the ability to create worksheets required with cost tracking and accounts payable experience preferred.

Administrative/Clerical Assistance – Manage copy projects, enter time and costs into the billing system, prepare mailings, errands as needed, and assist with file maintenance. Other tasks as requested. Administrative assistant experience in an office setting required. Billing experience preferred.

Additional requirements:

· Excellent telephone and receptionist skills;

· Solid administrative/clerical skills with the flexibility to assist where needed;

· Ability to lift 25 pounds;

· Strong computer skills including the use of Adobe, Excel, Word, and Outlook;

· Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills;

· High level of accuracy and attention to detail;

· Ability to maintain high standards of confidentiality and discretion.

The hours for this position are 8 to 5 for a total of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. This is an in-office position. Brann & Isaacson is a 20 attorney law firm located in Lewiston, Maine.
