Brown Point Facility Management Solutions, LLC. is looking to hire an HVAC Service Technician to be assigned to a commercial office portfolio. The HVAC Technician would have the following responsibilities (this list is not all inclusive):

HVAC Technician Responsibilities:

Installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
Maintaining and repairing pumps.
Maintaining and repairing cooling towers.
Maintaining and repairing boilers.
Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.
Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing services.
Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
Providing technical direction and on-the-job training.
Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.
Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act.
Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements.
Inspects the building, grounds, and equipment.
Handles necessary repairs and maintenance.
Installs equipment and appliances.
Follows local and state building codes.
Complies with all company safety regulations.
Keeps a maintenance log and writes shift reports.
Reports any issues to the maintenance manager or clients.
Responds to repair and maintenance requests in a timely fashion.
Loads and unloads equipment and tools into work vehicles if needed.
Follows written and verbal instructions from the maintenance manager or clients.
Collaborates with the maintenance team and contractors as needed.
Reads and follows manuals, blueprints, and other written instructions.
Uses equipment, including power tools, hand tools, electric tools, and plumbing tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
