Overview
We are seeking a friendly and energetic Host/Busser to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. As a Host/Busser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our dining experience is enjoyable and efficient.

Duties

Greet and seat guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
Manage the reservation system and maintain an organized waitlist during peak hours.
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
Collaborate with servers to ensure timely service and address any guest needs or concerns.
Handle phone calls with professionalism, providing information about the restaurant and taking reservations as needed.
Support food service operations by assisting in delivering food and beverages to tables when necessary.
Uphold high standards of guest relations by communicating effectively with both guests and team members.

Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred, but not required.
Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Aloha POS, is a plus.
Strong phone etiquette and communication skills to interact positively with guests.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
A friendly demeanor and commitment to providing excellent guest services.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
