General Duties:

Sam's Italian Bakery bakes bread, crusts and dough balls.
Learning all aspects of the bakery including but not limited to mixing dough, shaping dough, panning dough, baking and packing.
Helping with managing incoming orders.
Helping with loading delivery trucks.
Learning all aspects of the bakery.

This is an overnight shift!
