Ryder is hiring a CDL A Regional Dry Van Driver in Portland, ME. Ryder regional driver can anticipate quality home time with family and friends while usually being home through the week and/or on weekends or a combination of both. Compensation:

Average Weekly Pay: $1,600+
- Miles Pay: 62 CPM with 1,500-1,600 miles per week
- Stops Pay: $21.01 per stop with 20 stops per week
- Per Diem Pay: $36.36 per night with 2-3 nights per week
Bonuses
- Sign on bonus: $3,500 - pays $1,750 at 30 days and $1,750 at 90 days
- Unlimited driver referral bonuses
Paid via direct deposit weekly

Home Time, Route & Schedule:

Home Time: Home multiple days weekly including weekends
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3am-4am dispatch
Route:  Northeast region
Touch - Windows

Equipment:

Trucks are 36 months or newer
Dry van, pup trailers 48', 53'
24/7 Roadside Maintenance and Company Drivers fuel up the trucks at over 800 Maintenance Facilities Nationwide

Qualifications

Must have a valid CDL A License
Minimum 21 years of age
Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle
- 9 months experience within the past 3 years, OR
- 2 years’ experience within the last 5 years, OR
- 5 years’ experience within the last 10 years
Pass a Ryder Drug Test
Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
Pass a DOT physical
Pass a Ryder road test
Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and/or procedures
Must live within 30 miles of Portland, ME
