Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. This role involves providing administrative support, managing schedules, and facilitating communication within the organization.

Duties

Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including managing calendars and scheduling meetings.
Coordinate and plan events, ensuring all logistical aspects are handled efficiently.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
Transcribe meeting notes and distribute them to relevant stakeholders promptly.
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
Utilize QuickBooks for basic financial tracking and reporting as required.
Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining office equipment, and ensuring a tidy workspace.
Collaborate with other team members to enhance office efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficient computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and QuickBooks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer service.
Experience in event planning is a plus.
Ability to work independently while also being an effective team player.
High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Pay: $3,744.55 - $7,000.00 per month
