POSITION: HVAC/Plumbing Estimator

DEPARTMENT: Construction

SUPERVISOR: Construction Manager

FLSA STATUS: EXEMPT

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support Sales team by providing assistance in the selection of the HVAC design, equipment, and cost for projects including final design on sold projects and the transfer of all construction documentation to Construction Department

Estimating HVAC & plumbing plan spec and design
Assist in the detailed cost estimates for bidding
Produce the design of projects according to the Design Manual Procedure
Produce Construction Documents i.e., (Job Book)
Perform design review
Perform the Job Set Up Procedure
Update Design Templates and Specifications
Perform building heating and cooling load analysis
Meet deadlines as established in the Milestone Reports
All other duties as assigned

EXPERIENCE: Prior estimating experience or Maine Plumbing license a plus!!

EDUCATION: Associates degree in a related field
