We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide support to our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills and a customer-focused attitude, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This role requires excellent communication abilities and proficiency in various office software, particularly Google Suite.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records for various projects.
Assist in transcribing documents and preparing reports as needed.
Provide clerical support by organizing files, managing correspondence, and ensuring the office runs smoothly.
Collaborate with team members to enhance productivity and streamline processes.
Address customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction.
Assist with personal errands as needed

Skills

Proficient in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive) for document creation and management.
Strong clerical skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and record keeping.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and team members professionally.
Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred but not required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $3,500.00 per month
