Accounting Assistant

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for, but not limited to:

Administrative Duties

Floor Plan Reconciliation
Floor Plan Requests
Coding Credit Card statements
Cash Deposits
Credit Card Deposits
Payment, Posting, and Reconciliation for misc statements
Mail/Bank Run
Filing/Shredding
A/R & AP Account Reviews
Monitoring and Reconciliation of misc general ledger accounts

Qualifications:

Fast and accurate typing skills.
Computer savvy.
Proficiency with Google Apps (Google Drive, Sheets, Docs, etc).
Demonstrated ability to work well independently and as a team.
Possess well-developed verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact well with all staff.
Must possess well developed organizational and time management skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
Knowledge, interest, and appreciation of campers and trailers a plus (or at least eager to learn about what we sell).

Pay is based on experience.

Schedule is Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
