This person will be primarily responsible for the day-to-day management of the @zwilling_usa accounts in addition to offering support for other brands in the ZWILLING Group. PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Concept, script, film, and edit social videos using Capcut, Adobe Premiere or similar video editing tool
Manage social media content calendars including daily posting
Organize and maintain a social content library for internal and external use
Schedule content from external partners, including retail partners and influencers
Coordinate and schedule content from internal partners, including headquarters and our Marketing Communications team
Manage monthly social giveaways
Respond to and engage with fans and followers across social platforms
Cross-functional collaboration with other departments - content, ecommerce, supply chain, customer service
Prepare monthly social media performance reports
Support social commerce needs with content

Requirements:

3+ years’ experience in social media and ideally social commerce, preferably in a retail industry (agency or brand side)
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university preferred
Knowledge of social media scheduling software (we use Brandwatch)
Knowledge of social video editing
Personal passion for social media, staying up-to-date on trends
Knowledge of food and a personal passion for cooking
Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills
Experience with Canva a plus
Experience writing copy for social media
Highly collaborative

Base Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year contingent upon experience.
