Where You'll Make a Difference

Oversee and optimize extraction processes to ensure efficiency, consistency, and high-quality output.
Manage daily production schedules and ensure alignment with production goals and timelines.
Monitor key performance indicators and implement process improvements to enhance operational performance.
Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of extraction equipment.
Maintain compliance with food safety standards, industry regulations, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure extracted ingredients meet product specifications.
Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality or process deviations.
Supervise and train extraction operators, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Partner with research and development and engineering teams to enhance extraction techniques and drive innovation.

What Makes You the Right Fit

Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, Food Science, or a related field, or equivalent demonstrated work experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in extraction or process manufacturing, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of extraction technologies such as solvent extraction, carbon dioxide (CO) extraction, and steam distillation.
Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), and other regulatory frameworks.
Proven leadership and team development skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in production management software and data analysis tools.
Experience managing raw material and finished extract inventories.
Ability to optimize energy usage, reduce waste, and control costs.
