Responsibilities

Transcribe information from various sources into databases with high accuracy.
Perform data entry tasks including order entry and clerical duties.
Organize and maintain files and records for easy retrieval.
Utilize Excel for data management and reporting purposes.
Conduct regular audits of data to ensure integrity and accuracy.
Assist in the development of databases to streamline data processes.
Collaborate with team members to improve data entry procedures.
Handle basic math calculations as needed for data verification.

Qualifications

Proven experience in data entry or a related clerical role is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other computer applications.
Basic math skills for handling numerical data accurately.
Ability to type quickly and accurately, with a focus on detail-oriented work.
Familiarity with database management systems is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
