Site Laborer Position

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Cleanliness: Pick up trash and debris to maintain a clean and organized work environment. Ensure subcontractors clean up their work areas, both inside and outside.

• Cleaning: Assist in cleaning basements, interiors, and garages. Sweep and remove debris from the worksite.

• Pre-Inspection Cleaning: Clean recently framed housing in preparation for inspections.

• Material Handling: Move, stack, and organize interior and exterior lumber and other supplies.

• Supply Runs: Occasionally retrieve materials or supplies from offsite locations, as needed.

• Site Truck Use: Utilize the site truck for on-site transportation only. Do not take the vehicle offsite.

• Punch List Assistance: Assist with Punch List tasks assigned by management.

• Attention to Detail: Ensure thoroughness in all tasks, with a focus on quality and efficiency.

• Basic Carpentry Skills: Basic knowledge of carpentry and organization, pouring of concrete pads.

• Various Odd Jobs: Perform miscellaneous tasks as directed by management.

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid driver’s license

• Strong attention to detail.

• Basic carpentry skills required.

• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift materials.

• Reliable and punctual.

• Ability to work well with others in a team environment.

• Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
