Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Deli Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in providing excellent customer service while preparing and serving high-quality deli products. Duties

Prepare and serve deli items, including meats, cheeses, salads, and sandwiches, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
Operate the cash register and Aloha POS system accurately for processing customer transactions.
Assist customers with their orders, providing recommendations and answering questions about menu items.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the deli area, including food preparation surfaces and equipment.
Monitor inventory levels of deli products and assist in restocking as needed.
Follow all food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure the health and safety of customers.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.

Qualifications

Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
Basic math skills are essential for handling cash transactions and managing inventory.
Familiarity with café operations or experience using cash registers is a plus.
Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Willingness to learn new skills related to food preparation and customer service.
