We like keeping customers and the community safe on the road. Our shop maintains, diagnosis and repairs vehicles as needed. The parts professional is responsible for supporting the technicians in researching and supplying parts as needed as well as handling incoming customer phone calls and customer parts sales.

Things you'll be expected to do:

Researching and supplying parts to technicians and customers.
Handling incoming customer phone calls and parts requests
Helping maintain parts inventory
Maintaining awareness of factory updates and parts supersessions
Billing parts to repair orders and invoices

Things we are looking for:

Automotive or related experience
General knowledge of vehicle systems or desire to learn
Strong Communication Skills
Exceptional Customer Service Skills
Fluent computer and typing skills
Willingness to learn new software and applications
